We care deeply about quality and want every order to feel like something worth keeping.
For non-printed items, we accept returns on unused, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and we'll work to make it right.
Because our printed pieces—including apparel, mugs, tumblers, wine glasses, and the carryall—are made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind, exchanges, or size changes at this time. However, if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, claims may be submitted within 30 days of delivery, and we will gladly make it right.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We offer free shipping on our printed orders so you can shop thoughtfully and with confidence.
