We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes an additional 5–10 business days depending on your location and fulfillment method. Please allow up to 15 business days from order date for delivery. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

We accept returns on unused, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. The Poplar & Prose Curated Apparel Collection can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To begin a return, please contact us with your order number.

Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

Because our print on demand apparel is made to order, we are unable to offer size exchanges at this time. We recommend reviewing sizing details carefully before purchasing.

For misprinted, damaged, or defective items fulfilled by Printful, claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
